Does OMIC charge a fee for this service?

As a policyholder benefit, certificates of insurance and claim histories are provided free of charge for current insureds and for former insureds whose coverage terminated within the preceding 12 months. OMIC charges a processing fee of $25 for certificates and claim histories issued on behalf of former insureds whose coverage has been terminated for more than 12 months.
