Will my OMIC premium decrease if I discontinue performing refractive surgery?

OMIC does not charge an additional premium for coverage of refractive surgery. Coverage is automatically included within the standard Surgery Class 3 classification.  Therefore, your premium will not increase if you perform these procedures nor decrease if you discontinue performing them.
