Policy Booklet
OMIC has made several updates to its January 1, 2020, professional and limited office premises liability policy. An edit specific to the state of Wisconsin was made effective 1/1/2020. The provisions of Additional Benefit B., Broad Regulatory Protection, were updated effective 3/1/2021 and 1/1/2022. The Surgery Class 2 definition was updated effective 5/21/2022. Bylaws
OMIC’s Board of Directors revised the company’s Bylaws effective June 7, 2018, to update OMIC’s professional entity eligibility requirements for membership in the company. It revised the Bylaws again effective February 9, 2019, to add a committee term limit exception. This is just a summary; please review the Bylaws and amendments carefully for all provisions.
