Michelle Schwarz, JD has been defending medical professionals for over two decades. A graduate of the University of Chicago in Politics, Economics, Rhetoric and Law, Michelle went on to obtain her J.D. from IIT-Chicago Kent College of Law. In 1995, Michelle began defending healthcare professionals and, for the last twenty years, her practice has focused primarily on defending physicians and hospitals. Michelle is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of Illinois (inactive), Clark County Bar Association, Claims and Litigation Management Alliance, and Defense Research Institute. She is A.V. rated by Martindale Hubbell, and was recognized in 2013 as a Top Rated Lawyer in Mass Tort Litigation and was included in the 2013 Bar Register of Preeminent Women Lawyers.
