Did you receive my payment?

To see whether your payment has posted to your account, please log in to your MyOMIC account (login is required. If you did not fill in your Client ID when you registered to the site, please edit your profile to add this important information so that you will have access to your account.) When you are in MyOMIC, click on the “Policyholder Services” option, choose the “View My Policy Details” option on the left side of the screen, click on your policy number, and finally, go to the “Payment History” option on the “Payment/Account Info” tab. Payments made online post immediately to your account. Payments received by mail or fax are generally posted within one business day of receipt.
