You can access your account information online through Policyholder Services by signing in on MyOMIC and clicking “Enter” under “My Policy.” (To gain access, your client ID must be entered in your MyOMIC profile.) When the Policyholder Services screen opens, click on your policy number, then go to the payment/account info tab.
If you need to speak with a member of the accounting department regarding general billing questions, please call 1-800-562-6642, option 5.
For rating questions, including queries regarding how your premium was calculated and what discounts were applied, please contact your underwriting representative.
