No Spanish consent forms available except for ROP (TBD)
We are working on updating our Spanish consent forms and patient letters for ROP ONLY. While OMIC cannot recommend a specific translation service, we did reach out to the AAO for names of translators in the event that you need a translation service immediately (see below).
