OMIC Publication Archives

The OMIC Publication Archives is a compilation of risk management articles and closed claim studies written under the direction of the OMIC Risk Management Committee and published in the Ophthalmic Risk Management Digest and Argus since 1991.

Although the closed claim studies and loss statistics contained in the OMIC Publication Archives are based for the most part on the claims experience of OMIC insureds, non-OMIC-insured ophthalmologists, ancillary ophthalmic personnel, attorneys, and insurance company representatives also will find this to be a comprehensive guide to the clinical and office risk management issues that arise in the practice of ophthalmology.

The OMIC Publication Archives do not contain sample consent forms for specific procedures, letters and other risk management related documents. To find these documents please go to Informed Consent Documents

Please read the Disclaimer and Copyright Notice.
