Plans and Policies
The Group Term Life Plan plan provides supplemental or primary funds to help families cope with the financial consequences of a member's death.
The Disability Income Plan plan provides long-term supplemental or primary protection to members whose ability to practice and earn income has been curtailed because of accident or illness.
The Short-term Disability plan option provides the same benefits as Disability Income plan at lower cost for short-term illness or disability.
The Office Overhead Expense Plan plan helps pay the overhead expenses of the practice if members become disabled.
The Long Term Care Plan plan provides integrated facility, home and community care for members.
The Excess Major Medical Plan plan provides supplemental medical coverage as a safety net should members or their families require costly medical treatment.
The Medicare Supplement Plan plan helps members and their spouses pay health care costs not covered by Medicare, including deductibles and copayments
The Small Employer Group Insurance plan provides coverage for members and their employees at competitive group rates for Major Medical, Term Life, Accidental Death and Dismemberment, optional Short-term Disability and Dental plans.
