Q. What is OMIC's policy on communicating with its Board and staff?
A. OMIC maintains an open communication policy. We support and encourage feedback from current and potential insureds. In fact, many of OMIC's enhanced policy features and discount programs have been implemented as a result of practice and liability concerns expressed by our insured ophthalmologists. Board and Committee members can be contacted by mail in care of OMIC, 655 Beach Street, San Francisco, CA 94109-1336.

Q. What is the best way to reach OMIC?
A. We consider every call important so we have implemented a voice mail system for you to leave detailed messages after hours or in the event your representative is unable to take your call. You may call us toll-free at (800) 562-OMIC (6642). An automated menu will assist you in selecting the appropriate department or representative for your needs. Note that OMIC serves insureds across the country. While representatives are available within the various departments between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Pacific Time, not all staff members are in the office during these hours.
