If you need assistance please call (800) 562-6642 and leave a message with:

  • Your Application questions at ext. 1 for the Underwriting Department (or email us at: eApp@omic.com)
  • Your Policy or Certificate of Insurance needs at ext. 2 for the Support Desk
  • Your Billing questions at ext. 5 for the Accounting Department

If calling during off hours, please leave a message and a staff member will return your call first thing in the morning on the next business day.
